Mike Parisi – Co-Founder
Mike is one of our cofounders here at Spyglass Partners. Prior to Spyglass Partners, Mike spent 16 years as a director in the supply chain and logistics industry at Akibia and Sun Microsystems, where he was responsible for growing multiple IT teams within both companies. It is because of this experience that Mike brings significant IT experience both from an industry and staffing perspective. After experiencing firsthand what it’s like when managers are unable to find the right resources at the right time (and at the right price), he knew it was time to make a change.
Mike has been an effective networker for the last 30 years and has consistently developed high performing teams. He strives to bring the best out in his teammates, while encouraging their personal and professional growth.
Mike has 15+ years experience within the Staffing Industry with a core focus within the Contract/Consultant Placement business nationwide. Prior to Spyglass Partners, Mike spent 20 years within the technology industry where he served as a Director of Business and IT Solutions at Sun Microsystems and Senior Director Of Global Supply Chain and Operations at Akibia (Akibia was acquired by Zensar).
In his free time, Mike enjoys spending time with his grandchildren and creating woodworking.
Rich Parisi – Co-Founder
Rich has been successfully supporting clients’ staffing needs for over 25 years. Since
his first year in the business, Rich has always believed in a true partnered approach
with his candidates and clients; even to the point of making sure “partners” was in his company name when he founded Spyglass Partners along with his brother, Mike
back in 2005.
Rich has 25+ years experience within the Staffing Industry with a core focus within
the Technical Perm Placement business nationwide.
Rich and his wife of 30 years have always worked in positions that involved helping
people and their 3 wonderful children that have also all chosen similar paths (Pharmacist, Nurse Practitioner and Social Worker). When Rich isn’t at work, you’ll likely find him and his wife spending time with family and close friends or out and about enjoying (and sometimes playing) local music.
Luke Gendron – Chief Operating Officer
Luke has 20 years of hands-on IT Staffing experience nationwide, with an emphasis
on managing sales and recruiting teams while also delivering as a top performer in sales and recruiting. He is well known for his customer and candidate centric approach and building long lasting and trusting relationships through best-in-class practices. Luke graduated from the University of Massachusetts with a degree in
Business Management, has served on the board for HDI and has worked with various
colleges and training centers to provide interview and career training services. Luke is dedicated to hard work and driving himself and his team to providing outstanding staffing services for all clients and candidates.
In his free time Luke enjoys spending time with family, spending time outside doing
activities such as fishing, swimming, and boating.
