Luke Gendron – Chief Executive Officer
Luke has 20 years of hands-on Staffing experience nationwide, with an emphasis
on managing sales and recruiting teams while also delivering as a top performer in sales and recruiting. He is well known for his customer and candidate centric approach and building long lasting and trusting relationships through best-in-class practices. Luke graduated from the University of Massachusetts with a degree in
Business Management, has served on the board for HDI and has worked with various
colleges and training centers to provide interview and career training services. Luke is dedicated to hard work and driving himself and his team to providing outstanding staffing services for all clients and candidates.
In his free time Luke enjoys spending time with family, spending time outside doing
activities such as fishing, swimming, and boating.
Scott Andersen – Vice President of Staffing
Scott Andersen is the Vice President of Staffing at Spyglass Partners, where he works closely with clients and candidates to make hiring feel more human and a lot less complicated. With 25+ years of experience, Scott brings a steady, real-world perspective to staffing and recruiting, shaped by his background and a degree in Criminal Justice. He’s known for being approachable, practical, and focused on building long-term relationships that last.
When he’s not working, Scott enjoys golfing and hiking in the warmer months and cross-country skiing when winter rolls in.
Abby Porter– Director of Finance & Sales Operations Support
Abby brings over 10 years of experience in the staffing industry, with a strong focus on payroll, operations, and financial leadership at Spyglass Partners. She works closely with management teams to ensure smooth, accurate payroll processes, efficient operational workflows, and timely financial reporting that supports informed decision-making. Known for her strategic, detail-driven approach, Abby provides the oversight and operational discipline that help Spyglass Partners’ leadership run the business effectively and make confident, informed decisions. She graduated from Keene State College with a degree in Mathematics.
Outside of work, Abby enjoys spending time with family and friends, golfing, competing in bowling leagues and tournaments, and relaxing with her dog.
Mike Parisi – Co-Founder/Advisory Consultant
Mike is one of our cofounders here at Spyglass Partners. Prior to Spyglass Partners, Mike spent 16 years as a director in the supply chain and logistics industry at Akibia and Sun Microsystems, where he was responsible for growing multiple IT teams within both companies. It is because of this experience that Mike brings significant IT experience both from an industry and staffing perspective. After experiencing firsthand what it’s like when managers are unable to find the right resources at the right time (and at the right price), he knew it was time to make a change.
Mike has been an effective networker for the last 30 years and has consistently developed high performing teams. He strives to bring the best out in his teammates, while encouraging their personal and professional growth.
Mike has 15+ years experience within the Staffing Industry with a core focus within the Contract/Consultant Placement business nationwide. Prior to Spyglass Partners, Mike spent 20 years within the technology industry where he served as a Director of Business and IT Solutions at Sun Microsystems and Senior Director Of Global Supply Chain and Operations at Akibia (Akibia was acquired by Zensar).
In his free time, Mike enjoys spending time with his grandchildren and creating woodworking.
